1. **Processing Time**: Orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. Custom orders will take up to 10 days depending on the difficult to make it.

   - Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
   - Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
   - Express Shipping: Next business day delivery for orders placed before 1:00 PM (local time).

3. **Shipping Costs**: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen delivery method and location.

4. **Order Tracking**: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your order's journey.

5. **International Shipping**: We currently do not ship outside the U.S. (or specify regions if applicable). For international inquiries, please contact customer support.
